Before turning the #BethanyRoboBusses into transportation for the suburban kids, we will be partnering with Millie’s Table (in Edmond) on making take-and-bake meals that can be purchased with SNAP.  She will serve as sort of a mentor on doing this in Bethany FLC and at the OldSubway@Westgate.  The take-and-bake meals could also be coordinated at the “RESTAURANT” (Stray Dog Cafe) and Produce Gal Mercantile on 39th and College/Asbury (ish).   Then there would be kid run businesses in OECU/Westgate Tower. as well as a place for DNDaycare somewhere on the route. Bethany will become the best smart city in the world, run (with guidance from community moms and dads) by kids.
